Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: February 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to the FSI Lab Affiliate Program. By signing up to become an affiliate ("Affiliate"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before submitting your application.
2. Enrollment and Approval
To participate, you must submit a complete Affiliate Application. We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion. Reasons for rejection may include, but are not limited to, websites or content that violates intellectual property rights, promotes illegal activities, or is deemed inappropriate for the FSI Lab brand.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an FSI Lab Affiliate, you agree to:
- Promote FSI Lab services in a lawful, ethical, and professional manner.
- Ensure all claims regarding earnings or performance are accurate and not misleading.
- Not use spam, unsolicited email, or fraudulent traffic generation methods.
- Not bid on FSI Lab keywords (e.g., "FSI Lab", "FSI Trading") in PPC campaigns without prior written consent.
4. Commissions and Payments
Commissions are paid based on the trading volume or subscription fees generated by your referred users, as specified in your Affiliate Dashboard. Commissions are processed monthly, subject to a minimum withdrawal threshold.
FSI Lab reserves the right to void commissions earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive sales or marketing methods.
5. Sub-affiliates
You may recruit sub-affiliates. You are responsible for ensuring your sub-affiliates comply with these Terms. You determine the percentage of commission split between you and your sub-affiliates within the platform's limits.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice to the other party. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using all FSI Lab marketing materials and remove all links to our site.
7. Limitation of Liability
FSI Lab will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
